2. Client Portal Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate portal access for misuse, non-payment, or breach of these terms.
3. Document Uploads
You retain ownership of documents you upload to the client portal. By uploading a document, you confirm you have the right to share it with us and warrant that it does not contain unlawful content. We may remove content that violates these terms.
4. Appointment Bookings
Appointments booked through the portal are requests and are confirmed by our team. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments where necessary, with reasonable notice where possible.
5. Professional Services
Services described on this website (tax compliance, accounting, HR, audit, business advisory and others) are provided under a separate written engagement letter or service agreement between SEN Consultancy and Internet Limited and the client, which sets out specific scope, fees, and responsibilities. These website Terms do not themselves constitute an engagement for professional services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, design, graphics and downloadable guides — is the property of SEN Consultancy and Internet Limited unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission. Downloadable guides are provided for your own reference use.
7. Limitation of Liability
General content on this website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, SEN Consultancy and Internet Limited is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general website content in place of a direct professional engagement.
